Financial Goal: We have a goal of raising $50,000 by Thanksgiving 2009.

Dr. Seuss " Oh the Places You'll Go" Dinner and Talent Show:

When: Thursday December 17, 2009 @ 6:30.

Where: The Farmington Community Art Center

We want to celebrate the talents of the children and find out all the places they'll go.

Our goal is to raise 100K.

Noella's Pursuit to Master English -Thank you for all those that donated we were able to raise all the money needed!

Noella is a bright seventeen year old high school student who is orginally from the Congo. Her family fled the violence there (where over 6 million people died), they found safety in a refugee camp in Uganda, her mother and father passed away four years ago. She is the second oldest of 6 children. Noella along with her 5 younger siblings were adopted by a wonderful family from Utah in 2008. She loves cooking, theater, along with music and has a beautiful voice.

We are raising money to pay for a RosettaStone English tutoring program or hopefully have one donated.

Dream: Her dream is to go on to college.

Waiting List:

We have 25 children on our waiting list and we have the potential to serve up to 2,000 children within the next six months. The average cost of an extracurricular sponsorship is $700 per year. We hope to double this amount by 2011.

Children's Books:

We are collecting new and used children's books. These books will go to children most deserving. Our goal is to distribute over 1,000,000 books throughout the United States of America and over 5,000,000 books internationally by 2015.

Furnish Apartment for Single Mother. Thanks for all the donations!

We are collecting items to help furnish an apartment for a single mother in need. So far we have a sofa set, queen bed, twin bed, sheets, and pillows. Please look around the house and feel free to donate what items you can.
